Mermoo was once an ordinary panda who loved lounging near bamboo groves by riversides. But unlike other pandas, Mermoo had an unusual habit: she loved water more than trees. She’d spend hours splashing in streams, chasing fish, and even napping on drifting bamboo rafts.

One magical night, a glowing shooting star fell into her favorite lake. When Mermoo dived in to investigate, her legs transformed into a shimmering mermaid tail, giving her the gift to explore the entire ocean. She still loves bamboo (she packs a few sticks everywhere she swims), but now she protects coral reefs and plays with dolphins instead of climbing trees.

Manufacture – Crafted with Care
Once funded, each plush enters production, taking about 2–2.5 months to ensure top-notch quality and attention to detail.

Shipping – From Our Hands to Yours
After production, your plush is carefully packed and shipped worldwide. Most fans receive theirs in 7–15 business days (10–30 for some regions).
Material and Care Instructions

Materials – Soft, Safe & Premium
Our plushies are made with ultra-soft premium fabrics and filled with hypoallergenic PP cotton, ensuring they’re safe, huggable, and perfect for all ages.

Product Care – Easy & Gentle
Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid soaking, machine washing, or tumble drying, and let it air-dry completely before use.

Production & Shipping – Made and Delivered with Care
Production starts right after the campaign ends and takes about 2–2.5 months, depending on complexity and order volume. Once complete, your plush is shipped worldwide—most arrive in 7–15 business days, or 10–30 for some regions.

We ship to most countries worldwide, and shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address. You can check delivery availability and exact rates by proceeding to the checkout page.
