1. When will my order ship?
For limited-time crowdfunded items like plushies, production begins immediately after a campaign successfully ends. Production typically takes 2 to 2.5 months, depending on the item’s complexity and total order volume.
Once production is complete, we will begin shipping your order:
- Most countries: 7–15 business days for delivery
- Some regions: 10–30 business days for delivery
While we strive to bring your plushie to life exactly as your favorite creator imagined, there may be rare instances where your item experiences delays or arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact our support team for assistance.
2. How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from ToyverseBliss with your tracking number and order details.
You can track your order by:
- Visiting the Track My Order page on our website
- Logging in with your order number and email address
Please note: Our support team has access to the same tracking information as you. For the most up-to-date status after dispatch, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
3. Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?
Yes — we ship internationally to a wide range of countries.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- Shipping distance and method selected
To check if we deliver to your location and to see the exact shipping fee:
- Add the item to your cart
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address
(This will not place an order or charge you — it simply lets our system confirm service availability.)

We currently ship only within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to U.S. territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, P.O. Boxes, or Freely Associated States. -

4. Shipping Address Changes
- Before shipping: You may update your shipping address by contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.
- After shipping: Address changes are not possible once the order is in transit due to international shipping restrictions.
- ⚠️ Please note: Once shipping information has been updated with a tracking number, the address can no longer be changed. Please contact us immediately if you notice any errors so we can update your details before dispatch.
5. Shipping Delays
International shipping may be delayed due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us — we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

The good news: Based on feedback from our customers, it is relatively rare for ToyverseBliss orders to incur extra charges.
