Step 1:
Design & Sample Creation
Share your character design or concept art, and our professional team will create production‑ready plush designs. We’ll work with you on every detail until you approve the final design.
Step 2:
Launch Your Campaign
Your plush goes live as a limited‑time crowdfunding campaign that typically runs for 21 days.
If the campaign reaches its minimum order goal, we move forward with production. If the goal is not met, all fan orders are fully refunded.
You just focus on sharing — we handle page setup, logistics, and support.
Step 3:
Production & Quality Check
After the campaign ends successfully, we begin mass production, which takes around 2 - 2.5 months.
Our factory uses premium fabrics and strict quality control to ensure every plush is huggable and collectible.
Step 4:
Shipping to Fans Worldwide
Once production is complete, we pack and ship directly to your supporters worldwide.
Delivery takes 7–15 business days for most countries, and 10–30 business days for some regions.
