Your plush may arrive vacuum-sealed for protection during shipping:

  • Carefully remove it from the shipping mailer and any vacuum-sealed bag.

  • Recycle or safely dispose of all packaging.

  • Keep all bags out of reach of children and pets.

  • Do not immerse the entire plush in water.

  • Add a small amount of laundry detergent to cold or lukewarm water. Dampen a clean towel and gently wipe the surface of the plush.

  • Do not scrub, twist, bleach, iron, or tumble dry.

  • Allow the plush to air-dry completely in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight.
