1. Crowdfunding Model & Campaign Goal

Each crowdfunding campaign runs for a set period (usually 21 days). A minimum funding goal must be met for the campaign to proceed to production. Once the campaign reaches its goal, all orders are considered final and locked in. Your contribution directly funds the production of your plushie — thank you for making these creations possible.


2. Refund Policy

If the campaign fails:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after the campaign ends.

If the campaign succeeds:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable after the campaign closes.
  • We cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or changes to product details (such as item type, quantity, or design) once production has started.
  • Shipping address updates are possible before dispatch. For the full rules (including “no changes after a tracking number is issued”), please see our Shipping Policy.

3. Returns & Replacements

We want you to love your plushie! While we do not accept general returns, we will offer a replacement if:

  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • You received an incorrect item or wrong quantity
  • There is a major defect such as missing parts or significant flaws

We cannot refund or replace for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor handmade variations
  • Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
  • Delays beyond our control (customs, weather, etc.)
  • Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery

4. How to Report an Issue

If your plushie arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@toyversebliss.com with:

  1. Your order number (e.g., Order #0001)
  2. A detailed description of the problem
  3. Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your case promptly and work with you to find the best solution.
