❤️What makes ToyverseBliss special?

ToyverseBliss brings original and fan-made characters to life as custom collectible plushies through limited-time crowdfunding campaigns. Co-designed with the original artist and made only after it’s ordered, each plush is a unique celebration of creativity, community, and the stories we love.

🤓How Do ToyverseBliss Campaigns Work?

Each plush campaign is available for a limited time — typically 21 days, though the duration may vary slightly. During this period, fans can place their orders to support the campaign.

To proceed to production, the campaign must receive at least 100 confirmed orders. Once this minimum is reached, production will begin based on the total number of pre-orders collected.

If the campaign does not meet its minimum order goal by the end date, ToyverseBliss will automatically issue full refunds to the original payment methods used.

🧶Where are your products manufactured?

We design and bring our products to life in China, working closely with a trusted circle of experienced manufacturing partners. From skilled teams in both Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR, every item is thoughtfully crafted with care and precision.

These strong, collaborative relationships allow us to deliver consistent quality you can count on—because we believe great products come from great partnerships, and your trust deserves nothing less.

Plushies are usually made with soft, premium fabrics and stuffed with hypoallergenic PP cotton, making them safe and cozy for people of all ages.

Our dedicated team works alongside you to bring your character to life as a premium plush collectible — from concept to campaign. We take care of everything behind the scenes, including prototype development, pre-order fulfillment, international delivery, and customer support, so you can stay focused on your creativity with total peace of mind.

Step 1. Creative Development at ToyverseBliss:
We specialize in transforming your digital characters into high-quality plushies by combining collaborative design, creator input, and precision production. At ToyverseBliss, this process bridges the gap between pixels and plush—empowering you to share your imagination in a form fans can touch, hold, and treasure.

Already have a character or plush idea in mind? Our experienced team will review your concept in detail and work closely with you through multiple rounds of creative feedback and revisions, ensuring your final design reflects both your vision and your brand identity.

Step 2. Prototype Sampling:
Once the design is approved, we’ll produce a physical sample that captures your character’s personality and charm. You’ll review and approve the prototype to ensure it meets your expectations in every detail—from color and fabric to shape and expression.

Step 3. Campaign Launch & Support:
After final approval, we’ll help you prepare for a successful campaign launch. From timeline planning to fan engagement strategies, we’re by your side every step of the way to ensure your plush reaches the hearts—and hands—of your community.

💙 Product Care Instructions

Step 1. Unpack With Care:

  • Some plushies are vacuum-sealed for shipping.
  • Remove packaging carefully and keep bags away from children and pets.

Step 2. Fluff It Up:

  • Gently shake and massage to restore shape.
  • Adjust ears, arms, and tails if needed.

Step 3. Spot Clean Only:

  • Use a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent.
  • Avoid soaking, machine washing, or tumble drying.
  • Air-dry completely before use.

Step 4. Store Properly:

  • Keep in a clean, dry space.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and sharp surfaces.

📦Orders & Shipping

⌛️What Happens After a Campaign Succeeds?

We know how exciting it is to receive a custom plush made by your favorite creator — thank you for supporting them!

Production for limited-time crowdfunding items (like plushies) begins right after the campaign ends. It typically takes 2 to 2.5 months to complete production, depending on the item’s complexity and total order volume.

Once production is complete, we’ll begin shipping your order. Delivery takes 7–15 business days for most countries, and 10–30 business days for some regions.

🖊️ How Can I Change My Shipping Address?
  • Before shipping: You may update your shipping address by contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • After shipping: Address changes are not possible once the order is in transit due to international shipping restrictions.

⚠️ Please note:  Once shipping information has been updated with a tracking number, the address can no longer be changed. Please contact us immediately if you notice any errors so we can update your details before dispatch.

💳When Will I Be Charged?

Your payment will be processed immediately after placing your pre-order, even if the campaign hasn’t ended yet. If the campaign doesn't reach the minimum order goal, you’ll receive a full refund automatically.

🔍How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email from ToyverseBliss with your tracking number and order details.

You can check your plush’s delivery status anytime by visiting the Track My Order page or logging in with your order number and email.

⚠️ Please note: Our support team has access to the same tracking information as you. For the most accurate updates after dispatch, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly.

🌍Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, ToyverseBliss provides international shipping to a wide range of countries worldwide.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s address and the shipping distance.

To verify whether delivery is available in your region and to view the exact shipping fee, please proceed to the checkout page.

💡Tip: Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

⚠️Important Notice: Due to local regulations, carrier restrictions, business partnerships, or other relevant factors, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries or regions:

Please be aware that we are not liable for any additional charges—including taxes, customs duties, or fees—that may be imposed by local authorities or postal services. For specific details, we recommend reaching out to your local postal or customs office.

That said, based on feedback from our customers, it's quite rare for orders to incur additional taxes or fees.

Kindly note that all sales are final and non-refundable, so we encourage you to double-check your order before completing your purchase.

🔁Returns & Support

 🤔Can I Refund or Returns the Products?

All sales are final and non-refundable.

If a campaign fails to reach its minimum funding goal by its scheduled end date, ToyverseBliss will automatically refund the full amount to the original payment method used within 3–7 business days.

📜What is your return and refund policy?

Since our plushies are made just for you, we don’t accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.

😱My plushie is damaged—what should I do?

If your item arrives with defects or damage, please email us at support@toyversebliss.com with:

  • Your order number (for example, Order #0001)

  • A detailed description of the damage (and any photos, if available)

Our team will promptly review your submission and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
